I also extend a warm welcome to those from the island of Ireland, led by the Mayor of Derry, and including representatives of the most important bodies engaged in regeneration and community development in both Donegal and Derry. I want to extend my best wishes for a successful conference and my congratulations to those who are being honored at the Golden Bridges luncheon.
