Craobh Chiarian and O’Toole’s must meet again to decide the Dublin championship after last weekend’s final finished 0-18 to 3-9 at Parnell Park. Connie Ring scored 10 points for Craobh Chiarain, all from frees, while Michael Healy, Graham Morris and Keith Horgan had goals for O’Toole’s.
Meanwhile, in Roscommon, Four Roads made it four titles in succession when they defeated Padraig Pearses in the final at Athleague by 2-8 to 1-8.
In football, reigning Leinster champions Rathnew retained their Wicklow title with a 1-8 to 1-3 victory over Baltinglass at Aughrim. The Kildare crown returned to Moorfield, who were 1-8 to 0-7 winners over Sarsfields, while Eastern Harps registered a comfortable win over Coolera/Strandhill by 0-12 to 0-8 in the Sligo replay.
Replays will be needed in both Wexford, where Duffry Rovers and Starlights drew 0-8 apiece, and in Carlow, where Palatine and Rathvilly finished level on a scoreline of 1-7 to 2-4.
