Taoiseach Brian Cowen and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown flew into Belfast on Monday in a last bid attempt to rescue the power sharing government at Stormont.
Both premiers have been holding meetings with the Northern political parties as a failure to arrive at a deal on the transferring of policing and justice threatens to bring down the Executive.
