Lansdowne 4, Velocity 1
Lansdowne’s Ann Marie McGrail returned to the field after her maternity leave to find herself defending the win in Goal. Velocity was able to put one on the board when Nicole Hirschey was able to capitalize on a lose ball and score when Keeper McGrail found herself slightly out of position. Lansdowne’s first goal was scored by Christine Many assisted by Ellen McGrail; Ellen McGrail in turn put the 2nd and 4th goals in the net. Stephanie Bliss assisted 3 of 4 goals with the 3rd goal being scored by Bernie Boyle.

Sean Ogs 2, Harps 0
Sean Ogs was able to take advantage of the Harps “transition phase” by winning 2-0. Harps midfielder Jane Rail played an exceptional game but wasn’t able to match Sean Og’s tenacity. Harps teammate Nancy Manfredonia played her last game before her move to Denver but it was Sean Og’s who was able to walk away with the win. Both Sean Og’s goals were scored in the 2nd half with Mary O’Rourke assisting on both goals; a header by Renee Edger and a shot by Karen Lunberg.
