A Trinity spokesperson said the developments would have a substantial effect on earnings for 2003.
“This acquisition gives Trinity Biotech a strong foothold in the Specialty Clinical Chemistry marketplace while expanding our broad portfolio of diagnostic tests,” Ronan O’Caoimh, Trinity Biotech’s CEO, said.
“The addition of these new products will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our direct sales forces in the USA, Germany and UK and enhance our distribution channels.”
