BoI still bullish on property market

BoI’s quarterly analysis of the property market calls the last few months “a remarkable performance.”
“As a long-time bull on the Irish residential property market, we find ourselves in the unusual position of having been too bearish on prices this year,” BoI’s chief economist, Dan McLaughlin said.
Housing stock is rising by about 4 percent per year, compared with 0.8 percent in the U.K.
