Border funding comes through

“This is a tremendous opportunity for people in the border region to improve their economy and their society,” said Jack O’Connor of the Special EU programs body which will consider applications to the fund.
Its priorities include the achievement of “economic and social cohesion and promotion of competitiveness.”
However money will also be available to improve infrastructure and the environment and for civic and community networking.
