Kevin Madden’s Lansdowne A.C. were short of important players against Second Division (West) promotion candidates Fairfield/Westchester United who trounced them 5-1 at Reiss Park.

Ray Barrett (30th) picked up the slack in the absence of several injured starters and three players preparing for the All-Ireland Gaelic Championship. Martin Morgado (2nd), Anthony Turturo (12th), Eric Kusseluck (25th, 38th) and Jimmy Vasilopus (65th) tallied for Fairfield/Westchester (20 points), who moved into first place in the West.

The Lansdowne reserves won 2-0.
