Several opportunities are available with Fitch Ratings, the global rating agency that seeks to provide international credit markets with what it describes as “independent, timely and prospective credit opinions.” Positions that have become available at Fitch within the past two weeks include senior accountant, associate (ratings desk), and associate director/director (asset-backed securities). The senior accountant must have a BA in Accounting or Finance, and 1-3 years’ experience in public accounting. The ratings desk associate should have 1-3 years’ relevant experience. The company is looking for a “strong credit person with experience analyzing a variety of industries, companies and assets” for the asset-backed securities position.
