Among the posts available are: Tax Analyst; Fund Documentation Specialist; Compliance Associate; and Recruiting Specialist. Entry-level positions are also available for Finance And Operations Associates.
For those with experience in the banking sector, a post with Merrill Lynch remains highly sought after. At present, Merrill is in the process of recruiting a Senior Associate for its New York office — specific experience in Investment Banking (Retail) is required. Merrill is also recruiting for a Senior Associate/ Junior VP within its Financial Sponsors division.
Recruitment companies also remain to the fore in highlighting opportunities in the corporate sector. Integrated Management Resources, a 14-year-old company with global reach, has advertised over seventy jobs in the New York financial sector within the past couple of weeks alone. The company specializes in the financial derivatives industry. Several investment banks among its clients are looking for quantative analysts. Other positions open include those for sales professionals, risk strategists and credit strategists.
Other recruitment specialists with positions available at present include Focus Capital Markets and The Hagan-Ricci Group.
