Former UDA ally Dodds flees from Mad Dog

It is believed that Dodds sought sanctuary with the UDA in North Belfast.
Since the late summer, Adair has been involved in a series of clashes with his former colleagues in the UDA, who accused him of attempting to take over the whole organizations. Just over a month ago, Adair, who for years has been regarded as the among the most dangerous UDA activists, and one of his right-hand men, Johnny White, were expelled from the organization.
The West Belfast UDA has since been linked to a series of attacks against the North Belfast organization, which has sided with the main leadership. Earlier, three men died in shooting incidents in the east of the city linked to what sources say is rivalry between Adair and other UDA units over the control of drug-running operations.
