Since Verbeten became President of Perfecseal in 1999, the company has more than doubled its revenue and has increased operating profit improvement fivefold. Over the last five years, Perfecseal has also doubled its manufacturing platform in Carolina, Puerto Rico and Selangor, Malaysia; built a 150 million square foot green site in New London, Wisconsin; and with the help of Invest Northern Ireland, built a state-of-the-art green site in Co. Derry.
Verbeten is a member of the Sterilization packaging Manufacturers Council, chairperson for the Fox Valley Technical College Advisory Committee, Oshkosh Campus, and a member of the Bemis Leadership Development Team.
