Gilmartin, who has been given immunity from prosecution for anything he says to the inquiry into planning irregularities, accused transport Minister Seamus Brennan of lying in his evidence to the tribunal.
Gilmartin said that the Brennan, the current minister for transport, was lying when he denied seeing him in a conference room in Leinster House on Feb. 1, 1989.
