It isn’t long before creatures start spilling into the vessel. Michael, the boat hand, hauls a necklace of pots from the harbor floor, feeding rope through a pulley, and a sloshing, murky treasure emerges. There are crabs with beady eyes. There is the odd lobster, fencing heavily with its claws.
