Last year, you told us which were your absolute, most treasured, can’t live without’em Irish albums. This year, enquiring minds want to know: who are your favorite Irish bands?
Since we really don’t have enough to do in our free time, we thought it would be fun to count sacks full of mail again this year.
We’re sure there’ll be lots of votes for the usual suspects, and, hopefully, some surprises. All bands and solo artists, living or dead, retired or still kickin’, are eligible, as long as they’re Irish or Irish American, or play Irish music.
You can vote for up to four bands – one in each of the following categories: Rock/Pop, Traditional, Folk, and Country & Western/Showband. Though we know the urge to stuff the ballot boxes for a fave rave will be hard to resist, please limit yourselves to one entry per person.
Just to make it interesting this year, we’ve asked our friends at the Shannon Inn & Pub and at Irish Visions USA to donate some prizes,
