“Se_n Mac C_rthaigh brings the combination of fresh ideas as well as substantial professional experience to the paper,” said Irish Echo Publisher Se_n Finlay. “He will be an incredible asset.”
Mac C_rthaigh, who will assume the post in August, said he was looking forward to the challenge and was delighted to be a part of the Irish Echo.
He has also served as U.S. business correspondent with The Times (of London), a Paris correspondent for CBS News and as a finance and economics reporter at The Irish Times.
A native of Dublin, Mac C_rthaigh was educated at Gonzaga College and is a graduate of University College Dublin.
