Irish paint Iraq green on March 17

Joe Decie of Newburyport, Mass., is stationed in the UK, where he runs a counter-terrorism analytical section. “My Irish roots come out of Cork/Wexford for my dad and then of out of Mayo [family name Mullee] for my mother,” he said.
Decie has worked as a teacher in Massachusetts and with the Irish NGO Rural Resettlement Ireland. A keen sportsman, he’s a member of Charles River Rugby in Boston. He’s also served as a doorman of the Black Rose, aka An Rois
