Irish sweet tooth knows no borders

Men have a sweeter tooth than women in the South, while the position in the North is reversed, according to the all-Ireland Mintel Market research company.
In the South, 50 percent of males prefer to snack on chocolate, compared to 47 percent of women. In contrast, in the North, 50 percent of women opt for chocolate as against 43 percent of men.
