Wayne McCullough will drop back to his natural weight in May to challenge Mexican banger Erik Morales for the World Boxing Council super bantamweight championship in Las Vegas. It will be McCullough’s fourth world title bid in as many years, and his second in less than seven months.

The fight was confirmed when the undefeated Morales (32-0) iced Angel Chacon in two rounds, in defense of the 122-pound crown he won off old McCullough conqueror Daniel Zaragoza 18 months ago.
