(Yes, for himself.) No word on whether the ol’ smoothie expects the same extreme grooming from fiancee Lisa Murphy, but it sounds like he’s got a low tolerance for razor stubble.

Cindy also let it slip that Irish hottie Colin Farrell doesn’t like shopping for footwear. Apparently, the boy’s got one pair of boots and keeps getting the soles replaced when they wear out. Which begs the question: What does he wear while the cobbler’s doing his thing? And in other shoe news, we see that actor Mickey Rourke — whose picture we’ll admit to swooning over many years ago — showed up at the premiere of his new movie wearing extremely — one might say ostentatiously — ratty shoes. Do we smell a trend? (Or is that just foot odor?)

As the Irish film industry anxiously awaits the new government budget (due out today), the producers of the recently wrapped “King Arthur” — whose budget of $115 million, made it the most expensive movie ever filmed in Ireland — have stressed the importance of tax incentives. “I don’t believe that the film would have come to Ireland without Section 481,” said a spokesman. “Countries like Romania” — which offer generous incentives — “are coming up the table league as a very attractive place to film.”

Tom Cruise has been popping up everywhere on TV this week, promoting his new movie, “The Last Samurai.” During a sitdown with Larry King over the weekend, the actor was on Cruise-control, fielding questions about his relationship with ex-wife Nicole Kidman and current squeeze, Penelope Cruz. He broke the news that Nicole is — and we quote — with, with, another.
“She is with Lenny. Lenny Kravitz. Yeah,” Tom sputtered. “He is a very talented musician.”
As for pretty Penny, Tom was even cagier. He said that, though he would like to marry again and have more children, he and Cruz have no immediate plans to marry. Which will come as a great relief to Tom’s legion of swooning fans. (Yes, Alison, that means you, too.)

There will be something Rotten on British TV next year. Johnny Rotten, to be precise.
The former front man for punk pioneers the Sex Pistols is set to appear on the ITV network’s hit reality series “I’m a Celebrity — Get Me Out of Here!” Rotten — real name John Lydon — will join other B-list (and C-, D- and E-list) celebrities who will temporarily eke out an existence in the Australian outback. Others scheduled to appear are former Boyzone member Shane “Lowbrow/Eyebrow” Lynch, tennis pinup Anna Kournikova, 38FF “model” Jordan, and former “EastEnder” star Sid (Rick-aaay!) Owen.

The stars converged on South Africa last weekend to take part in the 46664 Concert, to raise funds and awareness of the HIV/AIDS pandemic plaguing Africa. Among the performers taking part were Bono, Bob Geldof, Beyonce, Peter Gabriel, The Corrs, Anastacia and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Afterward, at the dinner and auction, Sharon Corr outbid Oprah Winfrey for a rare autographed photo of Nelson Mandela shaking hands with Muhammad Ali. The price: $144,000. If you’d like to catch the concert, you can watch it online at www.46664.com. (By the way, the number refers to nelson Mandela’s I.D. during his 18 years in prison.)
