No wonder the Irish gov’t won’t give them the vote

Talk about rocking the vote: an e-mail chain letter urging Irish people to cast a vote for Ireland’s favorite rebel rousers made its way around the globe this month. People responded in droves, and “A Nation Once Again” came in not just in the top 10, but in the NUMBER ONE spot. It beat out such classics as “Poovum Nadakkuthu Pinchum Nadakkuthu” by Thirumalia Chandran, “Believe” by Cher and “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen. We think we speak for most fans when we say, we pray we yet might see their diff’rence rent in twain, so the Wolfe Tones, now estranged, might be a folk group once again.
