Mayo Gaelic Football club, New York will hold its annual dinner dance on April 15 at the Polish Center, 92 Waverly St., Yonkers. This year’s guest of honor will be Seamus Clarke from Gortletteragh, Co. Leitrim, co-owner of J.P. Clarke’s Saloon on McLean Avenue, Yonkers.
The Mayo Gael of the Year Award will be given to Michael Ruane from Moy Davitt’s club. Mike, as he is known in the club was one of the people responsible for reorganizing the club in ’97 and was a member of the Junior team that won the championship that year.

Ireland-U.S. game tickets
The United States men’s national soccer team will put its undefeated record at Foxboro Stadium on the line when the USA battles Ireland as part of U.S. Cup 2000 on June 6 at 7:30 p.m.
