Off the Field WFUV All-Ireland broadcast

The radio broadcast of the All-Ireland football final between Galway and Kerry may be heard on WFUV 90.7FM on this Saturday, Oct. 7. The pre-game show starts at 10:15 a.m. The show is co-hosted by Tommy Smyth and Treasa Goodwin and is sponsored by the New York GAA.

Youth soccer clinics

Fund-raiser for Derry City

A fund-raiser for Derry City Football Club will take place Oct. 13 in the Shannon Pub, Main Street, Snyder, near Buffalo, N.Y. Music will be provided by the Glengarry Bhoys, Fiona Molloy, Seamus Kennedy and Gerry McCrudden.

The fundraiser will also include raffles and an auction selling off items from team hats to the original signed manuscript of "The Town I Loved So Well" by Phil Coulter, who is the chairman of the Derry team.
