Robinson lists conditions for sharing power

There are fears the DUP have no intention of reaching agreement with republicans until after next year’s British general election, when they hope to wipe out their rivals in the Ulster Unionist Party.
The party is sending out conflicting signals. One day it appears dismissive of any possibility of reaching agreement with republicans. The next, it seems more conciliatory.
