Facing into a new top job is a challenge in itself for most people. But Carolyn Ryan, the new executive director of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center, may also be facing into a crisis in the making.

Despite the various visa programs of the last decade or more, Ryan, and others in the EIIC, say there still remains many undocumented Irish immigrants in the U.S.
