The blaze broke out in the house in the Moneymore housing estate on Monday morning. The three brothers who died were aged from six to 22 years of age. Another 13-year-old brother, who threw himself from an upper floor window, remains in a critical condition.
Their parents, who were also injured, are being treated in hospital.
Drogheda Fire Service said it was alerted to the fire shortly before 8 a.m. on Monday.
