Two charged in Northern raid

Dominic McEvoy, a 23-year-old man from the village of Kilcoo, Co. Down, was charged at Belfast magistrates’ court with falsely imprisoning bank employee Kevin McMullan and his wife Karen and possessing a firearm to commit robbery.
Martin McAliskey, 42, from Coalisland in Co. Tyrone, is accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice by making false statements on his involvement in the purchase, possession and sale of a white Ford van.
