On what was a wet day, Beal Bocht go top because Harps didn’t play.
Beal Bocht started putting pressure on Fagan’s. After five minutes, Jeanine Rynne had a shot which went inches wide.
After 15 minutes, Beal Bocht kept going forward and Varina Carey scored 1-0.
Fagan’s went forward and on 20 minutes Mary Touhy’s shot on goal was saved by Pauline Boylan.
On 27 minutes, Beal Bocht went forward and scored, thanks to Sophia Harvey.

The half time score was 2-0 to Beal Bocht.
The second half saw Fagan’s going forward, after 40 minutes Helena Campion’s shot went inches wide and, after 50 minutes, Beal Bocht scored again, the shot taken by Sophia Harvey, making it 3-0 to Beal Bocht.
Fagan’s kept plugging away and got rewarded with a goal by Grace McColl, 3-1 to Beal Bocht.
On 58 minutes, Mary Tuohy scored again for Beal Bocht. Beal Bocht kept the pressure up and on 65 minutes Pat Thedwell scored, 4-1 to Beal Bocht. On 67 minutes, Beal Bocht scored again, 5-1 which was the final score.

Velocity 1, Lansdowne 0
Velocity had their second win of the season in what was a tight game. Lansdowne started well. On 15 minutes, Beth Roper had a shot on goal that went inches wide.
Velocity got into the game and on ten minutes Julia Stiles scored from five yards. Lansdowne kept going forward, they kept shooting but Velocity goalie, Margaret McKegney, made some good saves
At half time, the score was 1-0 to Velocity.
In the second half, Velocity came forward with shots by Julia Stiles. Kim Hilbrich went close.
In the final 15 minutes, Lansdowne went forward with shots by Beth Roper, and Bernie Boyle went close. Lansdowne gave it everything but it seemed the ball would not go into the net. The Velocity team had a strong defense, so on full time the score was 1-0 to Velocity.

J.J. Gilligans 0, Fionas 0
This was a tight game. On 10 minutes, Gilligans went close through Olivia Murphy. Gilligans kept pressuring the Fiona’s defense but the ball would not go into the net.
On 20 minutes, Lupe Hernandez had a shot on goal that went inches wide. Fiona’s went close. After 25 minutes Catherine Donohoe’s shot was saved.
On 30 minutes, Threasa Doyle hit a shot that went inches over the bar. On 35 minutes Maudy Lynn took a free kick that was saved by Fiona’s keeper.
The half time score was 0-0.
The second half started with the rain coming down heavier but the brave girls from both teams played on. Gilligan’s kept plugging away but the ball just would not go in. Gilligan’s had shots from Threasa Doyle, Olivia Murphy, Catherine Donohoe, Germania Enriquez.
Fiona’s went forward a few times, but Carla Murphy was there to save the shots from Michelle Simon, Mags Ryan. The game finished 0-0.
