BIOGRAPHY: Garret Corcoran, Chief Operating Officer:  Garret brings almost 25 years experience to his role overseeing the daily operations of the entire Library Hotel Collection including quality control, best service practices, cost control, construction projects, insurance, lease negotionas and tenant relationships.  He has served as  President of The Irish Business Organization fo New York, and is currently a board member of The Irish International Business Network of New York and a member of The Luxury Marketing Council,  New York Chapter.
