The proudest moment of my career: There has been many achievements and proud moments during my career but running a successful business for the last 15 years through good times and through bad in this competitive and ever changing industry is probably my proudest moment.

Biography: Marion Ryder has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In Ireland, during the early 80s, she had a clothing business selling local designer labels to ladies in the Dublin business districts. She was also shareholder and marketing director for N.I.B.O. National Independent Broadcasting Organization. Marion arrived in Philadelphia in 1987 and was involved with several businesses before opening the Plough & The Stars.
