Biography: Matt has been the Executive Chef of Tír na nÓg 33rd St. since it opened in 1998, and now divides his time between the company’s two restaurants. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1991. From 1995 to 1998, Matt was the Executive Chef at The Lenox Room, a Charlie Palmer restaurant on the Upper East Side. Matt also worked under famed Chef Robin Haas in Miami, and did his initial training at Aureole and Le Perigord in NYC. Matt was born, raised and still resides in Woodside, Queens.
