Biography
John began his professional career in 1976 working in the Law Office of Robert Blossner, Esq. In 1977 he began working in the Queens District Attorney’s Office and left in 1984 as Chief of the Supreme Court Trial Bureau. From 1984 to 1986 John was the Principal Law Clerk for Supreme Court Justice John Leahy. In 1986 John worked for the New York State Department of Education in the Office of Professional Discipline a post he held for two years, after which from 1988 until 1990 he was at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District. He then began working in the Office of Brooklyn District Attorney Charles J. Hynes where he continues to work today. He has been married for 36 years and has two grown sons.
