North Koreans think Bond is ‘evil’

February 16, 2011

Just ask “Die Another Day” star Pierce Brosnan, whose latest film is being cited as an example of the United States’ “abnormality, degeneration, violence and . . . corrupt sex culture.”
Apparently, the North Korean government is in a tizzy over some of the film’s more sensational sequences, like 007’s romantic tryst in a Buddist temple and his experiences in a prisoner of war camp. The Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland insists that the film is insulting to both North and South Koreans, and, as such, should be pulled from movie screens throughout the world. Although we think that if producers had put Halle Berry in a RED bikini, all would have been forgiven.
