This CD, by Celtic rock band Lenahan, formerly "The Clan," comprises 12 tracks running almost an hour, and was recorded live on April 12 last at the Gosport Easter Festival in Britain. "Hooligans in Suits" is named after band leader and Chicago native Tom Lenahan’s popular song of the same title. Sean Maher
Born in 1932, Sean Maher spent his youth living on the road in different towns and villages throughout Ireland. He was one of what was known as the tinkers, or tin smiths. As Irish society became more wealthy and plastic replaced tin and glass, the tinkers, or travelers, as they are now known, became more and more isolated.
