Whither Ireland Inc.?

This at least is the view of former Taoiseach Garret FitzGerald, in New York recently to promote his book “Reflections on the Irish State.”
Though retired from active politics, FitzGerald is still an active commentator and critic of policies he sees as detrimental to good economic and business practices.
Not surprisingly, McCreevy’s Fianna F
