He has risen through the company to his present position and has an intimate knowledge of every aspect of the system, from the cable station physical infrastructure to the submarine cable systems. He is expert in Nortel, Opera, Sycamore, Tycom and a host of other OSS’s, as well as being the design architect of our in-house IT systems. Bullock studied for the NDEC Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, National Distance Education Centre, Dublin City University and also holds a host of Cisco and Nortel Accreditations.
